Barcelona and Paris battled it out against the Mercato
“Paris Saint-Germain” ranks one of the stars of “Barcelona” among the proposed options to strengthen the offensive line in the upcoming summer transfer period, the press release informs.

Torres had shone for Spain under current Saint Germain coach Luis Enrique when the latter was the coach of La Roja.
The news comes after reports in Spain suggest Barcelona have changed their stance on Torres, whose contract expires in the summer of 2027.
Barcelona initially preferred to wait until September or October 2026 to start negotiations on a contract extension with the Spanish international.
However, according to Catalan newspaper Mundo Deportivo, the La Liga champions have quickly decided to start the procedures to submit a renewal offer, which could extend for another 3 or 4 years.
After the departure of Robert Lewandowski, the importance of Ferran Torres at Barca increased, which was also strengthened indirectly in light of not activating the option to buy Marcus Rashford.
