After quickly selling out of Steam Controller on May 4, Valve said introduced a reservation system to ensure that you can find one without too much trouble. You may not be able to get one as quickly as you’d like, but now you can easily reserve a $99 controller.
If your Steam account is in good standing, and you have purchased something on this account before April 27 of this year, you can reserve one. Basically, this will save your place in the queue for future refunds. Once the controller is available to you, you will receive an email prompting you to purchase. You will have 72 hours to purchase your Steam Controller before it is given to someone else in line.
Before the installation, Valve said Seaside that it had the necessary goods to prepare for its appearance, but he did not know exactly how much it would require of the administrator. Apparently, there wasn’t enough stock. But now you can join the queue to get one instead of hoping you’ll be one of the first to buy from restock.
