Native Instruments Komplete 26 adds Absynth 6


The latest version of Native Instruments’ Komplete music production suite has come with 62 new additions, including some surprises. Absynth 6. All 26 they enter several flavorsstarting with three for $99 Select the bundles: Beats, Bands, and Electronic. Prices go up significantly from there, with the Standard costing $549, the Ultimate costing $1,249, and the Collector’s Edition priced at $1,949. You’ll save money if you’re upgrading from Komplete 15 (and yes, they’ve switched from serial numbers to 2026), but upgrading to the Collector’s Edition will set you back $399.

The Komplete 26 Standard should satisfy all but the most demanding manufacturers. Absynth 6 and Massive X cover most of your needs. Contact 8 is the industry standard for samples based on instruments, drums, choirs, and more. It also has some basic tracing and binding tools if you need a little inspiration. There’s also Guitar Rig 7 Pro for effects and amp simulations. In addition, Komplete comes with mixing and control plugins from iZotope, including Ozone 12, Neutron 5, and Nectar 4.

Upgrading from the Standard Bundle to the Ultimate or Collectors Bundle gives you additional features such as Claire and Claire: AlreadySteinway D grand piano instruments covering both traditional sounds and experimental styles. There are also many add-ons, such as LCO Producer Strings and Moments: Vocal Clouds, which focus on group work. Of course, all those extra tools and expansion packs add to the size of the download, with the Collector’s Edition weighing in at 1.6 TB.
