Real Madrid are pressing to complete a deal for Leipzig’s Jan Diomande before the German side leave for their training camp in Austria as talks between the two clubs continue.

German journalist Florian Plettenberg, correspondent of “Sky Sports Germany”, said today, Thursday, through his account on the “X” platform. “Real Madrid are under pressure to complete a deal for RB Leipzig for Jan Diomande before RB Leipzig travel to their training camp in Austria on Saturday.”

Today, “Real” Madrid held new negotiations with “Leipzig”, reports the same source.

Plettenberg continued. “Diomane is still in Leipzig and has always handled the process professionally and patiently, waiting for an agreement between the two clubs. The deal is ongoing.”

Diomande is 19 years old and plays as a winger. He joined Leipzig in the summer of 2025 from Spanish side Leganes and had a remarkable season in the German league.

Paris Saint-Germain are also in the running for the deal, and there are also reports that Liverpool and Manchester City are interested in the Ivory Coast star.
