Elon Musk’s xAI is trying to argue its way out of Grok’s reckoning

Elon Musk’s xAI is trying to challenge Grok’s approach to computing like to be arrested for Grok users accused of creating child abuse devices (CSAM) has launched cases from children filing xAI will force a change in the tool to prevent negative effects.

Earlier this month, xAI they started blaming the users which is allegedly circumventing its security to create AI CSAM, seems to be hopeful that the first court victory will prove that it does not have to contain the alleged user-generated content.

In his next move, the producer Grok presented the case in a complaint filed a lawsuit on Monday, accusing Minnesota of trying to force changes to Grok and Grok Imagine by forcing a ban on nudification technology that would prove xAI was responsible for harmful emissions, as well as emissions it says are sexually explicit. According to xAI, the prosecution of the user Grok is evidence that xAI is already doing everything possible to punish the wrongdoers, therefore, Grok should have a safe harbor from the Minnesota ban.
