Climbing Mount Kilimanjaro has reached a new height

He has “smashed” his target this time, bringing in more than £160,000 so far from his peak in Africa.

The rapper said he was able to control the height and physical elements on his feet, which others in the group struggled with.

But he says the “big mental challenge” was his biggest obstacle.

With mornings, nights, and climate change, with rain forest conditions changing one minute to a hurricane the next, Aich says, “it was all too much.”

He admits the group probably would have turned away if they hadn’t made it to the climb for “such a good deed”.

Down’s syndrome is when you are born with an extra chromosome – and people with the condition can have some degree of learning disability.

Aich’s fundraising efforts were inspired by Gracie, the subject of the My G viral song released in 2022.

He thinks it is very popular because it shows the bond between brothers and sisters.

“People like real things,” he says.

“And the relationship between me and my sister, both my sisters, is just undeniable. You know what I’m saying? So I feel like that’s why people love it.”
