Oriental Roselas! – Meet the seven-year-old behind the viral song

A video of a seven-year-old boy from Sydney Australia performing an original song has gone viral after his father posted it on social media.

Miles Phillips and his father Joel sat down with BBC Outsiders to talk about the virus’s impact on eastern Roselas.

Miles said the song was inspired by a visit with his family to Raymond Island, where the colorful eastern rosella stood out to him.

The song’s popularity is “peak time,” Joel said.
