Phil Foden contract: Man City midfielder agrees new contract in principle.

Phil Foden has agreed a new four-year contract in principle Manchester City.

The 25-year-old’s current contract expires next summer, but new terms will keep him at the Etihad Stadium until 2030 and he has an option for another year.

Although midfielder Foden has struggled in recent months and has not scored a goal since December 14, a new contract shows both sides’ commitment to continuing their partnership.
