“Anger should dominate but the biggest risk for me is that he looks awful,” Bunce said.

“Also, Tyson may know he’s missing something and feel some flaw in himself.”

There is a fraction more danger for Joshua. Prenga is largely an unknown quantity to the general public, but his record deserves respect: 20 wins, 20 knockouts and one loss.

“This fight is designed to be competitive, but not too competitive,” Hearn said.

“He’s never boxed at an AJ level, but until you fight at that level, you don’t really know if you’re good enough. But he’s decent, he’s game and he’s dangerous.”

The biggest threat to Fury-AJ super-fights is injuries.

“Tyson is very smart and clever and I think Wach won’t use his elbows or his head. There will be some kind of gentleman’s agreement,” Bunce added.

“He could hurt his arm or his leg. At Tyson’s age, with a tough training camp, it could happen. It could happen to Joshua.”
