Rodri shone with Spain at the World Cup
Spain’s Rodri, the Manchester City midfielder, has returned to interest Real Madrid in the summer transfer window after his absence from the Royals earlier appeared to have been resolved.

He added that Real Madrid president Florentino Perez had expressed reservations about the deal, fearing Rodri would suffer further injuries, but his influence in the transfer market this summer is less than usual.
Rudra noted that “Perez had previously rejected the idea of signing Portugal’s Bernardo Silva in May last year, but the deal fell through. He also found out about the Mark Cucurella deal after it was already agreed upon.”
