Argentina’s coaching staff have broken their silence to end the barrage of rumors and conspiracy theories that erupted after their World Cup final defeat to Spain, amid a wave of skepticism that affected everything from players’ facial expressions to Lionel Messi’s pre-match remarks.

Lionel Scaloni’s assistant coach Roberto Fabia Ayala said in decisive statements reported by the newspaper.tycsports:“Argentine, everything that is said about abnormalities in the final is a complete lie.

Ayala added: “These are things we hear and say. “It’s not reasonable for them to say this… because none of that happened, just the opposite.”
