Gloucestershire Police were investigating the death of Mr Webb, aged 33, who died in hospital of exhaustion following treatment.

In October, a BBC investigation reported that Parke, 34, had been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter in connection with her death but had not been charged.

Parke, who had been talking about his career on TV shows, died in February in an unrelated incident, believed to be after undergoing a cosmetic procedure.

Gloucestershire’s senior coroner said. Webb’s trial could go before a jury in the fall.
