Watch Texas police pull a man from a burning car

Bodycam and dashcam footage shows a police officer rescuing a man seconds before his car burst into flames near Dallas, Texas.

Corporal Joshua Swisher was conducting a traffic stop on a driveway when he was told smoke was being emitted nearby.

Shortly after he steered the vehicle into the emergency lane, flames erupted from underneath while the driver was inside.

Newly released footage shows the incident on June 7.
