Andy Burnham promised to ‘restore hope’ as did Chancellor John Healey

Andy Burnham has promised to “bring hope back” to Britain, starting his tenure as prime minister by appointing Labor stalwart John Healy as chancellor.

In his first Downing Street address to the public, Burnham said he wanted to bring about “the biggest change in British politics in 40 years”.
