The representatives of Robinho Junior today, Monday, sent a court notice to the “Santos” club, demanding strict measures to be taken regarding the incident with Neymar during training yesterday, Sunday.
The document, seen by Brazilian outlet Globo, included the 18-year-old making three accusations against Neymar, while also demanding a meeting with the club’s management to discuss terminating his contract due to the lack of minimum security conditions at the club.
According to Robinho, the son of the former player, Neymar insulted him in a humiliating way, then interrupted and severely slapped him in the face.
Robinho Junior’s defense has called on Santos to take four measures within 48 hours: launch an administrative investigation into the circumstances of the incident, release training videos, issue an official statement from the club explaining the measures taken, and set a date for a meeting to discuss the possibility of terminating the contract.
The defense explained in the notice that Santos’ failure to respond to these demands would constitute a breach of the contractual duty of confidence and job security, which could lead to unilateral termination of the contract.
In the event that the club does not meet the deadline, the young player’s staff have confirmed their intention to take the necessary legal action immediately, as the demands will include the termination of the contract in addition to moral and material damages.

Previously, it was reported that after Neymar’s apology, the situation between the players was settled in the dressing room.
“The club announces that, following the instructions of the president, an internal investigation process has been launched immediately after the events to analyze the incident that brought together the players Neymar Jr. and Robson de Souza Jr. (Robinho) during training at the Ray Pele training center last Sunday, and the club is leading this legal department.
Details of the incident return yesterday morning, Sunday, during substitute training, a day after the 1-1 El Clasico draw against Palmeiras.
The exercise, which was described as a friendly, saw Neymar angry after being dribbled by the youngster as he reacted sharply after being asked to reduce the intensity of the game.
After accusing the veteran player, the two sides got into an argument that escalated into a fistfight, with Neymar then slapping the young player and obstructing him, both are mentioned in the court notice filed against Santos.
