Spanish La Liga president Javier Tebas has confirmed his confidence in Spain’s ability to win the World Cup when they face Argentina in Sunday’s final.

The Spanish “Marca” newspaper reports.Tebas said on the occasion of the final of the World Cup at the event held in “Little Spain” in New York. “We are excitedly waiting for the meeting. Arbitration will not matter and the award will pass unnoticed“.

Tebas confirmed that the game against Spain was exceptional, saying: “I don’t know if the history of the World Cup has witnessed or will witness such a match as the confrontation between Spain and France. I’ve watched it more than once and I’ve re-watched a lot of shots, like Pedro Porro’s goal, and we’ll never see anything like it.”

Tebas revealed his prediction for the final result, stressing that the Spanish national team will win “by more than one goal” while also praising the importance of logic in restoring good relations between the Spanish league and the Spanish Football Federation.

He added: “The main thing is logic. When logic prevails, understanding becomes easy. There has to be a dialogue, and when logic is present, everything becomes easier. We must abandon the position of constant denial, as children do.”
