Both gave the best answer to the doubters, crossing continental podiums and in record speed as Scalloni guided Argentina to the end of a 28-year contract by winning the 2021 Copa America in the heart of Brazil, then followed it up with the 2022 World Cup and 2024 Copa America.
As for De La Fuente, he led Spain back to the podium by winning the 2023 UEFA Nations League, then achieved the biggest feat by winning Euro 2024 with seven straight wins and an impressive attacking display.

Both coaches are calm and avoid making inflammatory statements or getting into conflict with the press, unlike previous coaches such as Luis Enrique and Sampaoli.
Scalloni managed to build a system that serves and is dedicated to Messi and created a family atmosphere in the Tango camp. Likewise, De La Fuente managed to ease the pressure on the Spanish players and fearlessly instill complete confidence in young players like Lamin Yamal and Nico Williams.
