The Egyptian star is close to moving to a Turkish club

Egyptian star Mohamed Salah’s agent Rami Abbas has continued to stir controversy over his future next season after he posted a cryptic new tweet.

Multiple media reports have confirmed that Salah has agreed to join Turkish side Besiktas The contract, which has been extended for one season, will be extended for another season, with a salary of 10 million euros per year, in addition to two million euros in incentives.

In the background of these speculations, Rami Abbas posted a tweet through his personal account on the “X” website, in which he confirmed that he does not know in which club the Egyptian star will play next season.

Abbas wrote: “I personally don’t know where Mohamed (Salah) will play next season. What does that tell you?

Some saw this cryptic tweet as a denial from the Egyptian star’s agent regarding his move to Besiktas.

Salah is looking for a seventh club to play for in his football career after representing the Arab contractors, Swiss side Basel, Chelsea, Fiorentina and Roma in addition to his most famous stint with Liverpool.

Salah played for Liverpool for 9 years from 2017 to 2026, during which he achieved many individual and team achievements, notably winning the English Premier League title twice and the European Champions League once.
