After the report "L’Equipe".. Urgent meeting for Bayern Munich regarding Olissi’s future

Sounds like a deal

Bayern Munich’s board of directors met today, Friday, to discuss the future of Bayern Munich winger Michael Olisse in the current summer Mercato.

Today, the French newspaper L’Equipe categorically confirmed that Olissi informed his teammates about his desire to move to Real Madrid during the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Florian Plettenberg, a well-known journalist of Sky Sport in Germany, wrote: “Bavaria Munich is still calm about the exclusive report published by L’Equipe.”

“The club’s management discussed its position again today and it has been approved by all decision-makers, including Uli Hoeness. The situation is that Michael Ollis is not for sale and the club believes that he is not in a position to allow any side to put pressure on him.”

“Bayern Munich is fully aware that Real Madrid could become an option for Olisse in the future, and it’s no secret, but at the moment the club plans to rely 100% on the player.” The French star’s contract runs until 2029 and does not include a release clause.

“At this stage, all doors are still closed and Bayern Munich want to extend Olissi’s contract and are also going to make him one of the club’s three highest-paid players.

“Bayern still rely on two main factors regarding Olissie’s future, firstly the confirmation of Florentino Perez, in addition to the official statement from Real Madrid, where Perez personally confirmed to the Bayern board that Real do not want to sign Olissie this summer and are not going to offer him.

“Bayern have 100% confidence in Perez’s assurances based on the exceptional relationship between the two clubs.”

He continued. “Secondly, Bayern Munich received directly from Olissi and his representative during the World Cup, during which both parties confirmed that they had no intention of leaving and wanted to continue with the club.”

“Until now, neither Olissi nor his representative have informed the management of Bayern Munich about his desire to leave the club in the current summer transfer window.
