On Wednesday, the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) was released first results confirming the claims of Elon Musk’s and Tesla that the driver involved in a a fatal crash in Texas that killed a grandmother He beat Full Self Driving in minutes.

The original NTSB report, which did not determine the cause of the crash, confirmed Tesla’s claims. His investigation found that the FSD was engaged at the time of the accident, but the electronic equipment showed “the manual operator overrode the FSD (Controller) by pressing the accelerator pedal to 100 percent.”
