Popular American content creator Speed has sent a direct message to Spanish star Lamine Yamal ahead of the 2026 World Cup final against Argentina, asking him to lead La Roja to victory and prevent Lionel Messi from winning another world title.
Speed said live on YouTube. “Lamine Yamal, this message is for you… Focus. Please do it, you have to beat Argentina in the World Cup final.”
The American YouTuber, known for his great support for the Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, added: “Save me… Save Ronaldo’s fans. I can’t stand Messi winning the World Cup again and I don’t know what to say as a Ronaldo fan if it happens.”

Speed’s comments come ahead of Sunday night’s match between Spain and Argentina in what is expected to be one of the tightest finals in the tournament’s history.
Argentina’s national team won 2-1 against England in the semi-finals and qualified for the finals, while Spain’s national team advanced to the final after defeating France with two unanswered goals.
