Judge: Trump can’t fire investigators for doing their job properly



This week, the Coalition for Independent Technology Research (CITR) won a major battle in its fight to end the visa ban that the Trump administration has used to try to ban green cards and deport non-US citizens who engage in fraudulent, fraudulent, surveillance, content control, compliance, and trust and security activities.

In a thoughts published on Tuesday, US District Judge James Boasberg issued an order preventing the State Department from taking action until the CITR case is over.

On its face, this process does not mean visa refusal or deportation. Instead, it authorizes immigration investigations of people suspected of aiding foreign enemies in an attempt to sway public opinion by stifling US speech.
