Tommy Robinson says ‘I was wrong’ after Glasgow man falsely accused of filming children.

Beg had taken the children to the park on Sunday evening, but at around 21:00 he learned that an anti-immigration demonstration was taking place.

“At 21:00 we heard a little commotion, a helicopter flying over us, a lot of people with banners in their hands, walking into the park in balaclavas.

“People were scared and left with their children.”

He quickly returned the children to their apartment, but returned to the park to retrieve the car.

“They were chanting and saying, ‘Close the border, save our children,’ and it was all about me,” he said.

Begg went on to say that he decided to confront “this anti-racist Glasgow spirit”.

He filmed the marchers on his mobile phone but when the police advised him that he could make the situation worse, he sat down on some children’s swings.

It was at this point that it was filmed by some protesters who posted the video online and shared it with Robinson’s two million followers.

In the photo, people asked, “Why are you photographing children?” He hears them asking him. And he described him as “Nons”.
