The 18-year-old has just finished impressing at the World Cup with Morocco.
Sky Sports News It has been reported since earlier this year that Bouaddi is on the target list Manchester United.
Arsenal Also among England’s top clubs who have closely followed the 18-year-old Lille midfielder.
But City are looking to add another midfielder to their ranks after signing Elliott Anderson for £116million.

There are other clubs interested in the midfield Tijani Reijnders, Mateo Kovacic And Nico Gonzalez.
Real Madrid also has Rodri They are on the lookout for a new midfielder but City don’t want to sell him and instead, offer him a new contract.
Sky Sports’ Sam Blitz:
Even before the tournament began, Boudi was identified as the potential breakout star of this World Cup. And after his display in Morocco’s World Cup opener against Brazil, the excitement grew.
Against an experienced midfield of Casemiro, Bruno Guimaraes and Lucas Paqueta, Boaddy produced an assured performance despite being just 18 and making his World Cup debut.
The teenager showed the perfect blend of technical, ball-carrying qualities with an off-the-ball power that was well beyond his years. He had a 91 percent passing accuracy and every final third pass he attempted.
He started all but one of Morocco’s run to the World Cup quarter-finals, gaining more experience at the highest level.
And that’s a lot of experience to its name. When he turns 19 in October, he will surely surpass the 100-match mark for Lille.
So if a move does materialize in the City, it won’t be too much on the shoulders of the little kid.
