Stone was convicted twice of the murders of Lynn and Megan and the attempted murder of Josie.
Following the murder, Josie and her father moved back to Dyffryn, Nantley, Gwynedd, a few months before the murder, where she now works as an artist.
Stone always protested his innocence.

Last week, Bacon said he was “very hopeful” that the CCRC review and Stone’s DNA test would “eventually lead to the discovery of the real culprit”.
“Then we hope to bring Michael to the Court of Appeal and get his freedom after all these years in prison,” he said.
A CCRC spokeswoman said: “We intend to take a sample from Mr Belfield but no date has been set for this.
