Al-Nasr is in trouble…a crippling financial crisis is eating into wages and halting summer deals.

The world faces a difficult fate

The Saudi Al-Nasr Club has entered a sensitive period at the administrative and financial levels in the current period, after reports revealed the existence of a liquidity crisis that has affected a number of important documents of the club, whether the first football team or other administrative aspects.

According to the newspaper “Sports“Saudi Arabia, the management of Al-Nasr Club is facing financial pressures that have led to the suspension of some decisions and moves that were expected to be decided before the start of the new season.

The crisis has also extended to the salary issue as the source revealed that a number of first team players have been underpaid for the month of June while the administration is now working to disburse the remaining amount and disburse it in the coming period.

The source said that the lack of financial liquidity was also reflected in the club’s movements in the transfer market, especially in signing a foreign player to compensate for the departure of Croatian Marcelo Brozovic.

He added that Al-Nasr’s administration has not yet entered into any formal talks with Brozovic’s replacement, despite the team’s technical need to strengthen the midfield, waiting for the financial picture to become clearer before proceeding.
