The history of Philips Hue smart lights

The state of the smart home can be depressing, because it is so predictable they should to work. You have to control everything from anywhere. Your environment should reflect what you are doing and how you are feeling. Making your home smart doesn’t have to be redecorated, and smart should be invisible. All of this, of course, is very difficult to remove – but the purpose is clear.

To date, perhaps no product has come closer to nailing the smart home than Philips Hue. And on this part of Ancient Historywe dig all the things Hue did well.
