Two men have been charged with murder after a man’s body was found in a suitcase in woodland, the Met Police said.
Joshua Miller, 32, of Kingfisher Court, Wandsworth, was charged with murder and preventing an illegal burial, while Jamie Cooper, 27, of the same address, was charged with preventing an illegal burial.
It happened at 22:55 BST on Thursday when officers were called to a flat in Kingfisher Court, off Queensmere Road. No one was found inside the property, but a search led officers to believe someone was injured there, so an investigation began.
On Friday, officers attended a wooded area in Borstatal, Kent, where a man’s body was found.
