Karim Adeyemi is due to undergo a medical once all the paperwork related to the deal is completed, after which he will take part directly in group training under technical director Hans Flick as the squad has been called up next Monday, July 13, after which the striker will be officially unveiled as a new Barcelona player.

Karim Adeyemi is Barcelona’s second signing of the current summer transfer window as the club decided to sign Anthony Gordon ahead of the start of the World Cup for €70m as a fixed fee, plus €10m in variables.

The sports administration is still working on new signings, including Julián Alvarez or another striker, in addition to Joao Cancelo and several other possible reinforcements.
