Yamal joins Bouadi and Pele on the all-time World Cup list


Lamine Yamal made history when he became the third-youngest player to feature in a World Cup quarter-final match during Spain’s clash with Belgium at the 2026 World Cup today, Friday.

Yamal plays the match at the age of 18 years and 362 days, occupying the third place in the historical list of the youngest footballers who participated in the quarter-finals of the World Cup.
