The coach of the Egyptian national team supported Palestine during the World Cup
Hossam Hassan, the coach of the Egyptian national team, received a special message from the shores of the Gaza Strip after saying goodbye to the 2026 World Cup in the round of 16.

Qatar’s Al-Qass channels published a video through their official account on the “X” website, in which it can be seen that some people from the Gaza Strip write Hossam Hassan’s name with the phrase “conscience of humanity” in bold letters on the beach.
Residents also placed a picture of the coach of the Egyptian national team with a Palestinian flag, besides, they placed some flags of Egypt and Palestine in the same frame.
At the end of the video, people wanted to take pictures with this art while making the “No Racism” sign made by Hossam Hasan in the final minutes of the Argentina game.

Notably, Hossam Hassan wanted to carry the Palestinian flag after qualifying for the quarter-finals of the World Cup, and also called on the world to intervene to save the Gaza Strip in a press conference before the clash with Argentina.
