The war against Killian continues
A new member of Paraguay’s Senate has joined a major attack on France forward Kylian Mbappe following the two teams’ clash at the 2026 World Cup.
The roots of the crisis go back to the final whistle against Paraguay and France when an altercation between goalkeeper Orlando Gill and Mbappe escalated tensions between Paraguayan fans and the Real Madrid star.
Sen. Celeste Amarilla then fired back at the Roosters star, making several statements accusing him of making racist accusations and even making racist remarks.
Today, he was joined by his colleague in the Senate, Juan Carlos “Nano” Glaverna, whose statements about Mbappe crossed all the red lines.
According to the newspaperBrand:Senator Juan Carlos accused the French star of “homosexuality”.
He said in his speech in the Senate. “Cáceres (Paraguayan player) had to control one of the best players in the world, who is this arrogant Mbappe.
He continued. “During the match, this arrogant man said to Caceres. “Do you want to kiss me?” Caceres answered. “Why not while we’re here?”
He accused Killian of homosexuality and said: “Mbappe already has a history with men.”
The Argentinian told TyC Sports after Paraguay’s exit from the tournament after losing to France in the Round of 16 by a clean sheet. “Mbappe told me. What?Do you want to kiss me?…So I told him. “Good, since you’re here.”
