WATCH: Support beams spotted in New York high-rise

A high-rise building under construction in New York City was structurally unstable after two of its support columns began to give way Tuesday morning. The building was evacuated along with surrounding buildings after a brick fall was reported.

New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani said at a press conference that the building is unstable.
