The 23-year-old will now aim to reach the semi-finals when he plays Italian ninth seed Flavio Cobolli on Wednesday.

Cobley, 24, was runner-up at last month’s French Open and after being a quarter-finalist at Wimbledon last year, has again shown she can excel on grass.
