A four-month-old Palestinian boy died after Israeli forces blocked access to emergency medical care west of Ramallah, while elsewhere in the occupied West Bank, a 16-year-old boy was killed by Israeli forces.
Laila Ghannam, the governor of Ramallah and el-Bireh, said in a post on Facebook that doctors at the Arab Specialized Hospital confirmed the death of Ahmad Marouf Zeid on Sunday evening after the Israeli army prevented him from going to the hospital for an hour despite his serious medical condition.
