The complicated history of Keurig and K-Cups

Before the Keurig, coffee in your office was pretty bad. Old, burnt, made by someone who would rather have an eye than a good measure. Just all together. After the Keurig? You can make your coffee, one cup at a time, exactly when you want it. The single cup steamer was the perfect solution to a very common problem. At least, that’s how it started.
