Video: Laporta got into a funny situation because of Alvarez.

Barcelona president Joan Laporta attended a lunch with the Osasuna administration ahead of the match between the two teams this evening, Saturday, in the 34th round of La Liga.

As reported by “Mundo Deportivo” newspaper, the meal took place at the Matencho restaurant while Joan Laporta found herself in a funny situation.

A young Catalan fan approached Laporta and asked him to sign his jersey.

The kid then showed remarkable courage when he asked Laporta if he would sign Atletico Madrid star Julian Alvarez.

Laporta laughed and answered. “What, it looks like the reporters asked you that question, right?”

Rafael Juste answered questions from the press about the La Liga race at the entrance of the restaurant in an official manner, in accordance with the instructions of coach Hans Flick.

Justi said: “We respect the opponent today and we only think about the three points, not about winning the championship now, although one thing can lead to another.”

Atletico Madrid striker Julian Alvarez has been linked with a move to Barcelona next summer, amid reports the Rojiblancos will not let their Argentinian leave for less than €100m.
