Support has poured in for American influencer Nara Smith after she revealed her two-year-old daughter has cancer.
Mother-of-four tic-tac-toker Whimsy Lou said she and her husband Lock Blue Smith were diagnosed late last year after seeing “something suspicious” and taking the toddler to hospital.
She said the couple went to a pediatrician for a check-up when it was discovered that their son had cancer that had spread to other parts of the body.
Celebrities including singer Ray and influencer Halle Bayley were among those who posted well-wishes under Smith’s video about the diagnosis.
Her two-and-a-half-minute video, posted on Wednesday, has been viewed more than 25 million times on Instagram and TikTok.
In it, the 24-year-old said: “After many x-rays, ultrasounds and biopsies, they immediately called us and said she had cancer.
“They told us it’s spread and she needs to come in and start chemo right away.”
Commenting under Smith’s Instagram post, award-winning singer-songwriter Ray wrote, “My beautiful super girlfriend.”
“She’s sending so much love,” said British artist Leona Lewis, accompanied by three love hearts.
Celebrity New York influencer Haley Bailey added: “Sending lots of love and strength to your family.”
American artist Charlie Puth wrote on TikTok that “the whole word” was with Smith and her family.
“Our prayers are with you,” he wrote.
