The Ivorian midfielder spent an exceptional career in “Al Rakhi”.
The Saudi Al-Ahli Saudi club has announced the official departure of the Ivorian midfielder Frank Kesse after spending 3 years in the team.
Al-Raqi posted a picture of the Ivorian player in the team’s jersey through his official account on the “X” website, commenting on it. “Thanks to President Frank Kessier for everything.”
Kessier leaves Al-Ahly for free after the Saudi club did not renew his contract, which was due to expire at the end of last June.
The Ivorian player arrived at the Cup Palace in the summer of 2023, coming from Barcelona to perform at very strong levels, making him one of the most important elements of the team and one of its most outstanding leaders ever.
The 29-year-old has helped Al-Ahly win three titles in the last three seasons, most notably the AFC Champions League for the Elite twice, in addition to the Saudi Arabian Super Cup once.
During that time, the “President” participated in 119 matches as part of Al-Ahly, during which he managed to become the author of 26 goals and 14 assists.
