In the case of Henry Nowak, the conduct of two officers was investigated

Two police officers who dealt with Henry Nowak after he was stabbed to death in Southampton are under investigation for serious misconduct, the Independent Office for Police Conduct has announced.

18-year-old Nuwak was handcuffed to death after being stabbed by Vikrum Digwa in December 2025.
