Duer’s Wear-Anywhere Pants Are On Sale This Weekend

Now that Amazon Prime Day is over, and it’s time to start planning those Fourth of July sales. Many major retailers have timed their summer sales to compete more with Amazon’s rush schedule, but you can still find great deals on July 4th, especially in the fast-moving and outdoor categories.

REI is having some really hot sales this weekend according to the WIRED Reviews team, but there are some well-known middle-of-the-road products that we buy from, such as Backcountry, Home Depotand Lululemon. Also, make sure you don’t sleep on Duer.

Canadian outdoor apparel creates high performance apparel that cleverly combines materials such as Tencel fabric and strategic triple-stitching. No Sweat Relaxed Taper Pants it’s been a weekly staple for me for years; they’re as comfortable as sweatpants but look casual enough to wear to a business meeting, while being sturdy enough for a weekend trip.

Duer is usually on sale, with prices running around $100 for pants and $50 for shirts. Those aren’t outrageous prices, but most guys I know wouldn’t make an outfit out of a $50 tee. Through July 4, you can save up to 20 percent off a few of the brand’s most popular pants and up to 35 percent off some shorts and long-sleeve shirts.

For the past few months, I’ve had several Duer outfits around: Performance Denim + Straight, Live Lite Traveler Pant, Air Flow Pique Polo, PurePima Only Teeand the aforementioned No Sweat Relaxed Taper.

In addition to my favorite No Sweat pants, a pima cotton tee (other colors are for sale) is very successful. It’s soft and still fits well after two trips through the washer and dryer. I’m starting to think about it for being my favorite black T-shirt. (I wish the brand would start saying it’s the best T-shirt in the world to make it worth it our men’s shirt shoot judged by the tailor.)

Pique polo is also good (the Hazy Mauve color is currently discounted), because it breathes well, holds a stiff collar just right without being too stiff, and holds its shape well on two layers.
