Today, King Charles became the first monarch to reveal his tax bill: £12.9 million. The monarch broke royal protocol by publishing some of his finances, which revealed he was in the UK’s 100 highest tax payers. But we still don’t know much about his income; Or how this tax bill is calculated. The Royals’ main source of annual public funding could double in three years, the accounts show.
