Unwanted items from Alan Carr’s Ayton Castle are up for auction

The auction takes place on Sunday July 5 at Eyton Castle – with viewings on Friday and Saturday.

Tickets are required for both the viewing and the auction.

Jim Railton of auctioneers, Railtons, explained: “They are essentially the remaining contents of Ayton Castle.

“Allen Carr, as we know, bought the castle and bought a certain amount of furniture.

“But we will sell the remaining items that he doesn’t want – and that the last owners of the castle don’t want to take to their new home.”
