Graham Lynn’s conviction for hacking trans activist’s phone overturned

At the end of the appeal hearing at London’s Southwark Crown Court on Friday, Judge Amanda Tipples said: “Having regard to all the evidence before us, we cannot be certain that the damage to the complainant’s phone was caused by Mr Linehan … therefore Mr Linehan did not commit the offence.”
