Dillon Lewis: Wales turn to Dragons prop in trouble position

“You always want to feel like you can add something to a team, so it was a frustrating time for me,” Lewis said.

“The way the team finished the Six Nations was great to see. You could see a definite change and it was exciting and something I was desperate to be a part of.”

After missing out twice, Lewis worked for and under Tandy for the first time New Scrum Coach Paul James.

“You hear all the lads coming back to the club and talking so highly about the atmosphere and how much they enjoyed it,” Lewis said.

“It’s hard to hear, but it motivates you to try to come back here, so I like to come back with a whole new, new coaching staff.

“Everything is a little different – there’s a new perspective on the game and the culture. I loved it and it’s nice to be back.”
