The captain of the Croatian national team, Luka Modric, completed the new century with the European team by participating in the match against Panama at the 2026 World Cup.

Current AC Milan star Modric is the fourth player to achieve the feat at international level after Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo, Kuwait’s Badr Al-Mutawa and Argentina’s Lionel Messi.
