The man who was stabbed to death in Crystal Palace has been called by the police.


The man who was stabbed to death in south London has been named by police as Kamahl Cameron-Williams.

Cameron-Williams, 31, died early on Sunday 21 June after emergency services were called to the scene in Crystal Palace to reports of a man with a knife in Westow Hill.

Six people suspected of murder have been arrested, two are in prison and four have been released on bail.

Det Insp Sarah Lee from the Met said: “There is no place for knife crime on our streets.”

She added: “Our detectives are working quickly and are committed to arresting those who took Kamahl from his loved ones.”

“We have already made major arrests and are closing in on good suspects.

“We are appealing for anyone with information that could assist our investigation to contact us immediately.”

A 21-year-old man was arrested on Monday, June 22, and a 23-year-old man was arrested on Tuesday, June. Both are in jail.

A 17-year-old boy and three men aged 19, 30 and 45 have been released on bail while inquiries continue.
