Conflicts remain high across the countryand Iran, the United States and Israel are issuing warnings as the violence continues.
The President of Iran, Masoud Pezeshkian, explained that the siege of the US forces on the Iranian ports is an “increase in military operations” that is “unacceptable”, while the US President Donald Trump said that Washington “may need” to restart the war, adding that only a few people know the details of the ongoing negotiations.

In Iran
- Airline security in Iran: Air security was heard in the Iranian capital, Tehran, on Thursday night after it was opened to combat small planes and drones, Iran’s Tasnim and Fars news agencies reported.
- Iran is used to strict sanctions: Analysts say that Tehran has entered a closed position ready, with oil overflowing the seas, high prices that cause the problem, and a large domestic market, realizing that the country is used “very difficult” after many years of stress.

- Inability to walk even under pressure: Retired General Mark Kimmitt said that Iran’s strategy of military pressure and financial difficulties will not force Washington to negotiate, warning that “the needle of the compass is not changing” and that the blockade may continue, even if the international escalation could lead to negotiations and prevent Tehran from controlling the Strait of Hormuz.
- US urges Israel-Lebanon summit: The US ambassador to Lebanon called a meeting between Lebanese and Israeli leaders as Lebanon’s Ministry of Health said Israeli attacks in the country’s south killed at least 15 people despite the ongoing blockade.
- Trump reviews US troop drawdown in Italy, Spain: The US president has said he may pull US troops from Italy and Spain because of his opposition to the Iran war, just a day after proposing further reductions in Germany.

- UAE urges citizens to leave Iran, Lebanon and Iraq: The United Arab Emirates has banned its citizens from traveling to the three countries and has asked those there to leave immediately and return home, based on the situation in the region.
In the US
- Trump suggests that war with Iran is still possible: The US president said he did not rule out resuming the war, saying Iran’s leaders “want to make a bad deal”, while pointing to the destruction of Iran’s weapons and missile systems and predicting a drop in oil prices soon after.
- Hegseth on civilian deaths: US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth he told the senators The Pentagon has “everything necessary” to reduce civilian casualties, after lawmakers pressured it to strike at the start of a war that killed at least 170 people at an elementary school in Iran.
- He said public surveillance remains where AI is being used in military decisions. The U.S.-based Human Rights Activists in Iran says at least 1,701 civilians have been killed in the conflict, including 254 children.
- Hatred is ‘resolved’: In terms of the Ceasefire Agreement, the US-Iranian arms deal that began in February is now “finished”, a senior US official said. “Both parties agreed to a two-week ceasefire on Tuesday, April 7, which was extended,” the official said. “There has been no exchange of fire between the US military and Iran since Tuesday, April 7.”
In Israel
- Israel warns Iran: Israel’s Defense Minister Israel Katz said his country must “resume” against Iran, ensuring that the Islamic Republic “will no longer be a threat to Israel”.
In Lebanon
- Death strike in Lebanon: Israeli strikes on three villages in southern Lebanon killed nine people, including two children and five women, according to Lebanon’s Ministry of Health, nearly two weeks after the end of hostilities between Israel and Hezbollah.
- Two Israeli soldiers injured in Lebanon: Two Israeli soldiers have been injured after a drone bomb was detonated in southern Lebanon, according to the army. The soldier and non-commissioned officer suffered minor injuries and were taken to a hospital for treatment, Israeli media reported.
