Sir Keir Starmer was jeered by protesters when he visited Golders Green following the attack on two Jews on Wednesday.
Protesters chanted “Keir Starmer, Jewish Harmer” as the prime minister entered the offices of a voluntary Jewish medical charity where emergency services responded to the attack.
Police are treating the attacks on 34-year-old Shlome Rand and 76-year-old Moshe Shin as acts of terrorism. The suspect is a 45-year-old British man who came to the UK from Somalia as a child.
