Elon Musk’s net worth has crossed a trillion dollars after that SpaceX’s IPO. His wealth, which was about $800 billion before the IPO, includes the value of his 4.8 billion shares in SpaceX, along with his wealth from his other companies, such as Tesla. Shares of SPCX opened at $150 and remain above the benchmark of $138 which gives Musk a net worth of 13.

SpaceX including Musk’s rocket, AI, and social media platforms at the beginning of this year, and said in S-1 that its purpose is “to develop the systems and technologies necessary for multiplanetary life, to understand the nature of the universe, and to extend the light of knowledge to the stars.” It also says that this combination has the unique potential to offer the concept of “orbital AI compute” by placing AI data servers in space via flexible rockets.

Musk is now worth, on paper, about four of the world’s richest people combined. According to ForbesLarry Page, Sergey Brin, Jeff Bezos, and Larry Ellison, all together, are worth more than $1 trillion. Bezos and Ellison each have less than a quarter of Musk’s net worth. Musk passed $1 trillion in 110 years John D. Rockefeller became the world’s first billionaire in 1916.
